Questions from pickleball venue owners
Can players book and pay online?
Yes. Players see live availability and book through Playbook. Online payment runs through Stripe where payouts to your country are supported; otherwise players pay at the venue and your team records the collection in Courtier.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Courtier is one flat plan: USD 49 a month at launch (USD 79 regular), or USD 490 a year. There is no commission on court bookings. Players pay a USD 1.50 booking fee when they pay online.
Can we keep weekly regulars?
Yes. Your front desk can repeat a booking on the same court and time for several weeks in one go.
We have tennis and pickleball on the same surface. Does that work?
Yes. Place both on the floor plan and mark them as sharing a floor. Booking one blocks the other for that time.
