Questions from badminton venue owners
Can we still take walk-ins and cash?
Yes. The front desk books walk-ins on the same calendar and records payments collected at the venue, so the day's totals stay accurate.
Can we charge more on weekday evenings?
Yes. Set prices by day and time for each court, on top of your standard rate.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Courtier is one flat plan: USD 49 a month at launch (USD 79 regular), or USD 490 a year. There is no commission on court bookings. Players pay a USD 1.50 booking fee when they pay online.
Can players book and pay online?
Yes. Players see live availability and book through Playbook. Online payment runs through Stripe where payouts to your country are supported; otherwise players pay at the venue and your team records the collection in Courtier.
