Can customers book without contacting the front desk?

Yes. Share your public booking link or QR code so players can see availability and book a court through Playbook.

What about walk-ins and recurring bookings?

Courtier supports front-desk and recurring bookings alongside online reservations.

Can my team help manage the venue?

Yes. Give your managers and front-desk staff access to Courtier, with roles that control what each person can view and manage.
