Questions from padel venue owners
Can we offer 90-minute bookings?
Yes. Choose 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120-minute sessions for each set of opening hours, with optional buffer time between bookings.
What happens when we close a court for maintenance?
Block the time. If players already booked it, Courtier shows who is affected and can cancel and fully refund those bookings in one step, with a notice to each player.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Courtier is one flat plan: USD 49 a month at launch (USD 79 regular), or USD 490 a year. There is no commission on court bookings. Players pay a USD 1.50 booking fee when they pay online.
Can players pay online?
Yes. Players see live availability and book through Playbook. Online payment runs through Stripe where payouts to your country are supported; otherwise players pay at the venue and your team records the collection in Courtier.
